1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to WedTrack, a cloud-based business management platform designed for photography studios and agencies. WedTrack is operated from Tripura, India.

By accessing or using WedTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The WedTrack web application and all associated services
• Tenant: A registered photography agency or studio using WedTrack
• User: Any individual authorized by a Tenant to access the platform
• Credits: Pre-purchased units used for creating orders (PAY_PER_ORDER plan)
• Subscription: Monthly or annual access plans (STARTER/PROFESSIONAL/ENTERPRISE)
• End-Client: Customers of the Tenant (e.g., couples booking photography services)

3. Account Registration

When you register for WedTrack:

• You will be allocated a unique subdomain (e.g., youragency.wedtrack.in)
• You must verify your email address to activate your account
• You may grant team members access with appropriate role-based permissions
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

4. Service Description

WedTrack provides tools for:

• Order management and client booking workflows
• Payment tracking and financial reporting
• Event scheduling and photographer/videographer assignments
• Editing task management (photo editing, video editing, reels, highlights, albums)
• Team management with role-based access control

5. Billing & Payment Terms

PAY_PER_ORDER Plan

• Credits are priced at Rs. 100 per credit
• A 2% payment gateway fee applies to all purchases
• Credits are non-refundable once used for order creation

Subscription Plans

• Available tiers: STARTER, PROFESSIONAL, and ENTERPRISE
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends
• All payments are processed through Razorpay in INR only

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute platform access without authorization

7. Data Ownership

Your Data: You (the Studio/Tenant) own all data you input into WedTrack, including client information, orders, and business records.

License to WedTrack: You grant WedTrack a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

8. Intellectual Property

• WedTrack Ownership: The platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by WedTrack
• Studio Content: All photos, videos, and creative content uploaded by studios remain their property

9. Service Availability

WedTrack strives to maintain high availability but provides the service on a "best-effort" basis. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with appropriate notice
• WedTrack may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data
• Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination

11. Limitation of Liability

WedTrack is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tripura, India.
