Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to payments made by studios (Tenants) to WedTrack for:

  • Credit purchases (PAY_PER_ORDER plan)
  • Subscription plans (STARTER, PROFESSIONAL, ENTERPRISE)

Note: This policy does not apply to payments made by end-clients (wedding couples) to studios. Those are handled directly by the studio.

2. Credit Refunds

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Credits are non-refundable in the following cases:

  • Credits that have been used for order creation
  • Account termination due to policy violations
  • Voluntary account closure after credit usage

Refundable Scenarios

You may request a refund for unused credits in these cases:

  • Technical Failures: If credits were purchased but not credited due to a platform error
  • Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • 7-Day Cooling Off: First-time credit purchases can be fully refunded within 7 days if no credits have been used

3. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

  • No refunds for partial months
  • You may cancel anytime - access continues until the end of the billing period
  • No refund for unused days after cancellation

Half-Yearly / Yearly Subscriptions

  • 7-Day Full Refund: Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase
  • 30-Day Prorated Refund: Request a prorated refund within 30 days (minus months used)
  • After 30 Days: No refunds available, but you may cancel future renewals

4. Automatic Refunds

WedTrack automatically refunds credits in specific cases:

  • Order Cancellation: If an order is cancelled within 24 hours and before the event date, the credit is automatically returned to your account
  • System Errors: If our system incorrectly deducts credits, they will be automatically restored

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@wedtrack.in with your account details and reason for refund
  2. Include your Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment history)
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

6. Exceptions

Force Majeure

In case of service interruption due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we may offer account extension or credit restoration instead of monetary refunds.

Platform Discontinuation

If WedTrack discontinues services, we will provide at least 30 days notice and offer prorated refunds for unused subscription periods and unused credits.
